Who is the controller of your personal data?
For what purpose do we process your personal data and why do we do it?
Depending on the form from which we have obtained the personal data, we will process it confidentially for the following purposes:
In the Contact/Telephone Appointment/Information Request forms:
- To respond to inquiries or any type of request made by the user through any of the contact methods available on the data controller’s website.

- If the content of the inquiry includes health data voluntarily provided by the data subject, this data will be processed exclusively to address their request or manage the required healthcare.

We do not collect or process your telephone number through this link. The user places the call directly using their phone’s calling application, without the controller receiving, storing or otherwise using the user’s telephone number.
Contact via WhatsApp and/or Telephone Support
The personal data provided through WhatsApp and/or telephone communications will be processed for the following purposes:
- To respond to and manage enquiries, requests for information or any other request submitted by the data subject, including feedback regarding our services, through the telephone and/or WhatsApp contact channels made available on the controller’s website.

- To manage any follow-up communication with the data subject and ensure the proper handling and resolution of the request submitted.

- Where the content of the enquiry voluntarily includes health data provided by the data subject, such data will be processed solely for the purpose of responding to the request or managing the requested healthcare services.

- To carry out internal statistical analyses regarding the use of WhatsApp and telephone communication channels, including the type and volume of enquiries received, for the purpose of improving our services.

Recipients and Specific Information Regarding WhatsApp
The use of WhatsApp as a communication channel may involve the disclosure of personal data to WhatsApp Ireland Limited and/or Meta Platforms Inc., as providers of the messaging service.
Furthermore, depending on the service provider’s technical infrastructure, international transfers of personal data may occur. Where applicable, such transfers are carried out on the basis of the appropriate safeguards provided for under the GDPR, including the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or any other legally recognised transfer mechanism.
To use this communication channel, users must previously have accepted WhatsApp’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy as the provider of the instant messaging service. Those documents explain how WhatsApp processes personal data, including possible disclosures to third parties and international data transfers resulting from the use of the platform, in accordance with WhatsApp’s own privacy practices.
Marketing Communications via WhatsApp
Personal data obtained through WhatsApp or telephone will not be used for marketing or advertising communications unless:
- The data subject has provided their explicit consent for that purpose; or
- A prior contractual relationship exists and the conditions set out in Article 21.2 of the Spanish Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce Act (LSSI-CE) are met, in relation to products or services similar to those previously contracted.
This processing is based on the controller’s legitimate interest in customer retention and the promotion of similar services, in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, following an appropriate balancing of the rights and interests of the data subject.
Recipients may object at any time to receiving such communications by sending the word «UNSUBSCRIBE» through the same communication channel used to receive the message.
For how long will we keep your personal data?
Data shall be stored for no longer than is necessary to maintain the purpose of the processing or for as long as there are legal prescriptions dictating their custody, and when such purpose is no longer necessary the data shall be erased with appropriate security measures to ensure the anonymization of the data or their complete destruction.
To whom do we disclose your personal data?
No communication of personal data to third parties is foreseen except, if necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing, to our suppliers of services related to communications, with which the CONTROLLER has signed the confidentiality and data processor contracts required by current privacy regulations.
What are your rights?
The rights of the USER are:
- Right to withdraw consent at any time.
- Right of access, rectification, portability and erasure of your data and the limitation or objection to their processing.
- The right to file a claim with the Spanish Supervisory Authority (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with the current legislation.
